why does nobody know the true easiest way to open a jar: the jar is sealed with a wax seal. not vacuum, turn the jar upside down, whack it quickly and firmly, but not hard on the counter, hard enough to break the seal, not hard enough to break the jar or damage the counter. then turn it back over and open.

Take the handle of a knife and tap the lid sides and it will open right up

Just tap the edge of the lid on the counter a few times it breaks the seal!!!!

If you turn it upside down smack the bottom of the jar it'll force pop the tap in the cap and be easier to open

Just knock it on the floor upside down or hit the edges of the lid with a heavy knife
