The problem is that most dog owners don’t understand pack mentality and that what your describing is how the alpha corrects the pack when they do wrong. They think this little dog is to small and they fell like they will hurt it bad so small breeds have these issues and as u say a imboldend because of this

I correct my first dog, a CaneCorso puppy when he growled at me when i fed him, ONCE, i know 6 years later, i made the dog in that moment. Once you show whos the leader, then the dog will listen to what ever you say. He was extremly easy to learn, learned things very early.🙏
