When I feel anxious I do Istigfar and I also say”Allahumma Antas-Salam, wa minkas-salam” oh Allah you are peace and from you comes peace. And I just feel myself start to calm down.

I worry because people use religion to scare me as if my life should feel like I’m in fear every day for not being a better Muslim as if if I don’t pray, I will go to hell and burn there, even though I am literally always giving back and not needing religion to do so I don’t even eat animals. I don’t contribute to torture and murder. I advocate for people and anyone else who is in need of justice and I’m sitting here trying to exist in the world and love it and experience it, but I have people fighting over what God to worship and at the end of times is coming. That is why I am anxious. Because we are at a war with who is right and who is wrong instead of actually just existing in the couple of years we have left on this earth.

May Allah bless you for this. I’m at a cross road in my life and I have no other option but to take the next step and move forward in my life. There are so many risks I’m taking but I have no choice. Please make dua that Allah removes all those things I’m worried that will happen and they never materialise. Any may Allah help you with whatever worries you have Ameen.
