Alum here and now local. The stage holds concerts, recently Stella Lefty. They also hold a graduation there each year. At least 100 live in each sorority house. The roman numerals are for specific wins, the 13 is for the 13 win 2023 season

when you graduate you can add your brick to the Walk of Champions. The Roman numerals designate which block so you can know where your brick is. The grass is dead because that is the Grove and on gameday there will be 100k people in that area tailgating.

We have concerts on the stage, yoga classes, movie nights, etc. We also have graduation commencement out there ☺️☺️!!!!!! Extra cool when we host SEC gameday, college gameday, etc. On a normal day students can just study there, eat lunch etc.

83 girls live in the DG house. The grass in the grove is dead because of tailgating and the vultures are there because of scraps left after tailgating.

The student activities association will have free concerts in the grove with the stage being used in recent years Riley Green, Stella Lefty, and Maddie & Tae have performed there

Well it’s been hot as hell in amS this summer and no rain so probably what has grass like that and on game days the entire thing is covered in tents and people and that does not help grass thrive either

The grass is dead because we have literally had no rain and were asked to not water our lawns. Also, it’s football season and if you have never seen the Grove on game day then you would understand. That stage is used for every game day and we have Grove concerts.

I’ve seen Nelly perform on that stage, free! Depends on the chapter for the sorority houses by 50-100 during my days.

The grove stage is used for college game day, graduations, the band plays there on game days and we also have had free concerts on game day! Also the grass is always dead in the fall due to constant game days in the grove. Also around 50-70 girls usually live in the sorority houses

The grass is dead because Ole Miss has a landscaping team, but they can’t handle the grove after it gets demolished on game day along with the rest of campus, so Ole miss hires out local Landscaping companies to re/sod, and grade
