alright, most of the responses here are just horrible. The best thing to do is get involved in community, find local support groups, reach out to mental health professionals, talk to family and friends, even a local library could have resources to help. If you feel that you absolutely need help, contact emergency services and check in to a rehab. just whatever you do, don't try and stick it out alone.

I’ve got on my knees and prayed to God. In tears at times, leave it with him. You’ll feel lighter, watch things change. ❤️Sending you blessings and hope. ❤️

ai. I feel like I'm way more open with AI and can take my time thinking through stuff since I'm not limited to however long a real session would be. I mostly use chat gpt and Zeta for that. the only downside I find is that there isn't anyone to feel disappointed in me if I don't follow through on something. like I remember pushing myself in real therapy because I wanted my therapist to be happy with me. but with Ai, I don't feel the drive to take action so nothing really changes and it works more like a place to vent then anything.

Find people in your friend group that you can talk to. Exercise, even taking short walks will help. Try a fun hobby such as painting. Working with your hands helps to clear your mind.

Turn to nature, something you can see, smell, touch. Realize it’s the strongest proof of what works. And you are part of it

go outside for a walk. get some sun and fresh air. leave your phone inside, it just makes things worse. if you have a hard time walking, go sit out under a shade a tree and read a book. sit on the porch and listen to the radio
