That ending was so sad and had me so angry at the same time... along with the whole anime. Like why the F* would you choose the most depressed suicidal person in the world to be the next God!?!?!?

If you haven’t seen his anime, go watch it because at the end when they finally choose the one who becomes God, he unalive himself after he takes the position and everything blinks out of existence

I have a friend that thinks it’ll be happening this October. He’s real into trying to track that stuff. So I guess we’ll see.

A more historically accurate rapture wouldn’t see live humans rising but instead the godly believers would be rising out of their graves as fully renewed humans. I love religious history

I like the show but everything made no sense because in the end (god) dies but everything stays like the universe is still there and all and it’s said the universe was there before (god) so it’s like that couldn’t have actually been God could’ve just been a powerful being

The thing is that there would be an announcement by horns before it supposedly happens.

Rapture isn’t real but what’s to come is and will happen regardless of what you believe in. What changes your fate is who you choose now and then, especially then if you happen to be alive. All I’m saying is if you ain’t give us life to God yet, you must now it isn’t even me softly saying it atp I’m trying to save your life eternally

I always pictured the rapture as the soul being lifted from the body. The soulless body would become a shell that would eventually die and decay.
