They just wanted to ruin your suitcase. They have a TSA key to unlock the lock there and they did not have to break it the zippers. My rimowas kept getting broken and suddenly now that I use another non-expensive check-in bag, no one is throwing them hard enough to break and crack. And no, it’s not the quality, my carry-ons don’t get even a single crack for years.

these polycarbonate rimowas are very poor quality. the zippers should withstand hard yanks and pulls. and this colourway is new too right? i have the aluminum trunk, my only criticism is how it doesnt go smoothly over the tactile dots for the blind. my other hard cases are samsonite.. very hardy and has lasted years.
