scott :
bleach fumes will get sicked back into aluminum coil area and start corrosion which lead to premature refrigerant leaks.

yeah this is a great way to guarantee you'll be replacing your evaporator coil in a year.... bleach causes aluminum to oxidize very fast and coils are made nearly 100 out of aluminum, this will create leaks. stop putting bleach in your drain, especially since you have an AHU.

what if now here's here's an idea or a thought. what if you instead of spending all that money on the other stuff you bought the enzyme tablets and popped off that plug and put some enzyme tablets into the pan that the enzyme will eat and break down the buildup

did the plug on the other side just like that if you put the tablet in the other side it might do what he says

just take it off, give it 1 thorough clean, then use viper drain pan spray to prevent slime buildup. it shouldn't build up crap within 3 month

bleach in the coil drainpan will cause corrosion to the coil and possibly shorten its life...

Blank :
Do that and you void your warranty if you have one and you'll need a new Evap coil sooner rather than later. The fumes will eat the coil fins.
