I pull mine out every 6 months and at that I have to empty the entire thing and remove the mattress but tbh cause I keep up with it, other than dust it doesn't actually get that bad now which is a relief honestly

Honestly I move my bed every month or 2 as it gets so dusty underneath it. I mostly like to do it on bed linen change days.😂It’s a job that makes me feel better mentally. ❤️🩹
