@kennyhadadream: Some gyms you visit. Some gyms you experience. Quads Gym was the latter. Walking through those doors honestly felt like stepping into a time machine and being transported back to the Golden Era of bodybuilding. The old-school equipment, the retro branding, the decor, the atmosphere — it all felt incredibly authentic. As someone who genuinely loves bodybuilding and its history, there was something special about training legs in a place with this much character and history behind it. And the equipment? Not just cool to look at. A lot of those machines felt incredible and in most cases, better than equipment I’ve used at modern commercial gyms. I tried to capture as much as I could, but there was simply too much to fit into one video. So this definitely won’t be my last trip to Quads.
