@thotline_news: 26th September 2026 - Just my opinion. Every image and meeting in international politics is ultimately a statement. Mamdani was not at the UN, Miliband didn't have to meet him and get a pic, but he did, as a representative of the UK Government #zohranmamdani #edmiliband #unitedkingdom #andyburnham #keirstarmer
Still think we were robbed of Ed Milliband being PM

Burnham can only go so far too the left before being labelled a radical... he has to be careful. the right is far too hyped up.

there is something about ed miliband as foreign secretary and the stance he is taking that really fills me with him in a way westminster politics hasn’t in a long long time

Honestly he's a breather from the feeling we were on a runaway train to Reform chaos. As a Manc I respect what he's done for our city. I have yet to be convinced of him as PM.

It does feel like Burnham and his government is slowly restoring hope to the country. Some of his steps may be small, but he's trying and we've got to start somewhere

"a step but not enough of a step" funny thing about steps is they exist to get you from one level to another, and if you try to take a huge step youll fail. Burnham has clearly stated where he's going. he must do it in smaller steps to prevent failure.
