Ontario has bagged milk 😊 I had not seen it in a jug till I moved to Alberta. I like the jug better. You don’t have to change the bag. 😂 sometimes when you don’t have the bag all the way in the container it would fold sideways and spill milk all over.

we had bagged milk in Alberta up until around 1983. I remember being pissed as the 4 litter jug was too dam heavy for a 4 year old.

from what I understand bagged milk was introduced to Canadians when Canada was switching to the metric system because it was a cheaper way for the manufacturer. Ontario still uses bagged milk

The shoe thing- so a lot of that comes from weather outside we don’t want ppl tracking in wet snow or stuff like that but if you think about it, why on earth would you want to wear shoes you just wore god knows where outside into the place you live? Gross

Yes Bagged Milk is an Ontario thing, as far as I'm aware. Yep if don't plug in the car, at least at -40 c the car won't start.

Also, don’t forget to unplug your car before you start it. I’ll tell you why and it’s not because it will blow up, which is what I thought my whole life. It’s because once you start your car, and warm it up you will likely forget it’s still plugged in and drive off with the cord and lose it. You’ll definitely need that cord again.

Bagged milk in Ontario is the only milk we use. It’s environmentally conscious as the bags gets recycled and we have only used two containers that hold the milk in 20 yrs
