I've been using codex since March, I'm already on Claude Opus now. It has proven better at all tasks I threw at it and you get more for your money.

Claude always had better, longer limits, in my expirience alteast and i was using claude for heavier tasks then codex ever did and it still ran out way faster

I'm very surprised by Anthropic’s Opus 5.5 usage. I had been using Codex for months after leaving Claude Code because of how fast usage would run out and decided to come back and give 5.5 a try. I set it to ultracode and couldn't believe how much usage I was getting out of it. I don't know what Anthropic did but they have leveled up big time 🔥
