I used to be addicted to ai/polybuzz a while ago, like I kept deleting it then I just started using it on chrome. quiting will genuinely be so much better for you cause it is isolating and doing more harm then good whether you see that or not. it eventually gets better but you need to remind yourself how unhealthy it is and that you do not need to depend on an ai app for comfort
