when did you know the time was right for a carer during the day, and how hard was it to fight for one? My wife was diagnosed nearly seven weeks ago and is still very independent, but has had two falls whilst out on her own. when do you know you need help?

I wish I lived in England. I'd kill to work with Gary.I left my job working with dementia after 7 years because of 2 bulging discs. I didnt want to leave. broke my heart but I was in pain 24/7.All I crave is to care for people with dementia 2 years on
