@nqobileandpercymseleku: Sometimes the biggest thing you can give someone isn’t an opportunity. It’s helping them believe they’re capable of more. ❤️ I spent an incredible afternoon helping one of my team members, originally from Zimbabwe and now building her life here in South Africa, officially launch her business. And watching her step into this next chapter reminded me why I love what I do. She’s hardworking. Resilient. Willing to learn. And underneath all of that is something even bigger… A woman determined to create a better life for her family. I’ve watched her put in the work when nobody was clapping. I’ve watched her keep learning when it would have been easier to doubt herself. And today, I got to watch her take another step toward building something of her own. That matters to me. A mother being able to provide more for her family 🥹🥹 A woman realizing she’s capable of creating an income and a future that once felt out of reach. I have no doubt this is only the beginning for her. Not simply due to launching a business today, but due to the woman she’s becoming while building it. That’s the kind of impact I want my life and business to have.
