@nbcconnecticut: Old Saybrook has been getting a brunt of the nor’easter this morning, and my shoes have been getting a brunt of the tide as it continues to splash on this marina. We seen everything from chunks of concrete being ripped up by the water to a runaway sailboat running against the rocks.
