@collect: This Daisuke Ochiai Mudkip sold for $3.72 million on Fanatics Collect, making it the most expensive Mudkip card ever. The artwork was created by a fan on a Nintendo 3DS for the 2015 Pokémon Art Academy Competition. After it was selected as one of Japan’s 10 winning artworks, Ochiai received 100 copies of the official card. That’s $359,624 more than the asking price of this 65.6-foot Tecnomar Lamborghini 63 yacht.

jeola.a :

it's cardboard..💔 it's literally CARDBOARD.

fymshiealabeuf :

I don’t understand how we live in a world where a pokemon card can be bought for 3million usd

Katie Gee🪐 :

This can’t be real ?

Soph :

For those confused, This is an extremely rare card as is and it was limited to 100 copies. It was given out as a contest award in 2015, which ONLY the winner received the 100 copies. No one else, it was up to them to distribute. This is a 1 of 2, so only 2 PSA 10s exist period. Yes, it really is that expensive.

vetemoss :
