Another thing that’s always bothered me and I haven’t seen it mentioned. Caleb told Alleigha he was going to talk to his in-laws and Ashley on the 16th about leaving Ashley. The father in-law was in Canada on a fishing trip. He left to go there on the 15th. Surely Caleb knew he was gone since they worked together. My point being, Caleb had no intention of talking to them.

The tip off for me that he’s lying was that he was coughing and he says she told him to go to the couch. If my spouse is sick, I’m giving him the bed and going to the couch.

My first thought was 1) when he heard the shots, why immediately check on wife? Could it have been tire back fire? Wouldn’t dog bark with intruder? 2) why not check around the house for the intruder? Or the loud sound? 3) how would an intruder know Ashley was sleeping by herself? Immediately sounds like Caleb or a hit job b/c normally they’d be sleeping together 4) I didn’t hear any coughing in 911 call, police cam or interrogation
