not only Saudi, every country should have their own ecosystem without depending on the USA, use module or collaborative concept if there's need to integrate with foreign as market sharing, allowing both sides to get part of their ecosystem to tap onto the opposite side of markets to avoid monopoly & increase healthy competition, fair trade
