@obesitydrdannak: Haven’t done one of these, but with so many new people here I figured it was time for a little intro!!🤍👋🏻 I’m a fellowship-trained obesity medicine physician, now in my first attending job as faculty at Johns Hopkins. I started posting almost by accident. It became something closer to a public health job, because the misinformation about GLP-1s and weight is loud, confident, and beautifully edited. And mostly wrong. My goal is to make evidence-based medicine cool again, so if a study doesn’t back it up, you won’t hear it from me. Outside of medicine, I’m just a 🇸🇾🇺🇸 girl with expensive taste, who loves fitness & house music.
