QUE LA JOIE DE L’ÉTERNEL SOIT MA FORCE 💪🏽 IMBATTABLE

Gâteau au chocolat Biscuit moelleux au cacao • 100 g de farine • 25 g de cacao non sucré • 100 g de sucre • 2 œufs • 70 g de lait • 70 g de beurre fondu • 1 c. à soupe de crème fraîche épaisse ou de fromage blanc • 5 g de levure chimique • 1 pincée de sel Préchauffer le four à 170°C. Fouetter les œufs avec le sucre jusqu’à obtenir un mélange homogène. Ajouter le beurre fondu tiédi ainsi que la cuillère à soupe de crème fraîche ou de fromage blanc. Mélanger. Ajouter ensuite le lait. Tamiser ensemble la farine, le cacao et la levure, puis les incorporer avec la pincée de sel. Mélanger juste assez pour obtenir une pâte homogène. Verser dans un moule de 18 cm et cuire environ 25 à 30 minutes. Le Sirop • 80 g d’eau • 30 g de sucre • 8 g de cacao non sucré Verser tous les ingrédients dans une petite casserole et faire chauffer à feu moyen en mélangeant jusqu’à ce que le sucre et le cacao soient bien dissous. À la sortie du four, imbiber généreusement le gâteau encore chaud avec le sirop. Ganache chocolat • 270 g de chocolat • 190 g de crème liquide entière • 30 g de beurre Faire chauffer la crème jusqu’à frémissement. La verser sur le chocolat préalablement haché et laisser reposer 1 minute. Mélanger progressivement jusqu’à obtenir une ganache parfaitement lisse. Ajouter le beurre et mélanger jusqu’à ce qu’il soit complètement incorporé. Verser sur gâteau. Placer au réfrigérateur jusqu’à ce que la ganache soit bien prise. 🇬🇧 Chocolate Cake Soft Cocoa Cake • 100 g flour • 25 g unsweetened cocoa powder • 100 g sugar • 2 eggs • 70 g milk • 70 g melted butter • 1 tbsp heavy cream or fromage blanc • 5 g baking powder • 1 pinch of salt Preheat the oven to 170°C. Whisk the eggs with the sugar until well combined. Add the cooled melted butter and the tablespoon of heavy cream or fromage blanc. Mix. Then add the milk. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, then add them along with the pinch of salt. Mix just until you obtain a smooth batter. Pour into an 18 cm cake pan and bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Syrup • 80 g water • 30 g sugar • 8 g unsweetened cocoa powder Pour all the ingredients into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar and cocoa powder are completely dissolved. As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, generously soak it with the syrup while still hot. Chocolate Ganache • 270 g chocolate • 190 g heavy cream • 30 g butter Heat the cream until it starts to simmer. Pour it over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute. Gradually mix until you obtain a perfectly smooth ganache. Add the butter and mix until fully incorporated. Pour over the cake. Place in the refrigerator until the ganache is completely set.
