it's not a technicality. it was straight up deception and she apparently accepted - on a recorded line to GoFundMe - that she recorded him. So Dad was in on it. Given how she's trying to downplay her deception & how they both continue to claim it was doorbell camera footage when it obviously is not, I would trust anything these people said. That's just me. YMMV.
