You make so much sense with this! Ive always felt disconnected from other spiritual women because they all worship the moon as part of diving feminine. I’ve always loved the moon. I used to think it was following me. I would talk to it even pray to it. About a week ago I heard this about the moon and now it feels sinister. I don’t think I’d feel this strongly if it was just a theory. And I hate that I feel this way about something I’ve loved so much my whole life.

There’s an old Mexican belief that during a lunar eclipse, or even a really strong full moon, the moon can ‘eat’ your unborn baby if you don’t protect yourself from it by wearing red. By ‘eating’ the baby, they don’t mean literally. They believe exposure to the moon could cause a miscarriage or fetal abnormalities. Crazy stuff, but when you said the moon ‘invades the womb,’ it kind of connected the dots for me because that’s basically the idea behind the superstition.

can we talk about cancer risings being the only ones ruled by moon its the fastest celestial body shifting every 2.5 days the next fastest is venus every 4 WEEKS so cancer risings are constantly feeling the shift of the moon causing a constant shift of emotions so you could be feeling energized and then 2 days later really tired, does anyone believe this?
