Yes but he’s not saying why it’s difficult. It’s difficult because if you invest in social care, you’re not investing in something else. I’d trust him more if he told us what he was trading off.

My biggest issue with social care is that it’s down to councils to pay for it all. That’s why our councils are having to raise so much money. We need to find a way to sort that and give those councils more money to be able to invest in our spaces. Rather than giving it to private company’s for social care
