Thank you we’re not falling behind. We don’t have a mortgage but there was a loan that was taken out on the house by my mother who is the executor of my aunts estate before she passed away and it was to pay the attorney $80,000 who didn’t even finish the probate court case and now we’re stuck with having to pay $10,000 in arrears and of course the remaining balance of $70,000 it’s already in pre-foreclosure attorney didn’t do their job. Thank you for this information. I’ll be calling HUD to see if there are any options. we’re trying to sell it fast because we don’t have the $10,000 to pay the lender. It’s a big mess this Attorney did a horrible job and didn’t advise my mother my aunt or my children, who inherited the house. And now inherited the loan debt. SMH
