I’m really sorry you had to experience this. From what I know, deportation from Germany usually isn’t something that happens immediately, and the process can take quite some time. I don’t know the details of your situation, of course, but if someone is arrested mainly because they don’t have valid identification as you said, what I know is that their identity and biometrics are usually checked, and they will be directed to an asylum centre to seek asylum. You also mentioned that your process was fast tracked, which is what I’m struggling to understand. Was there something specific that caused your case to be handled so quickly? Did the authorities consider you a danger to anyone, or had you committed a criminal offence? I’m only asking because, if none of those circumstances applied and the only issue was that you didn’t have valid ID, I’m honestly finding it difficult to understand how they could have deported you on that basis alone. There may obviously be details of your case that I’m not aware of, so I’m just trying to understand what happened.
