Send me a personal message with the word “FREE” and I’ll send you a FREE week of training aligned to the equipment you have available. Do me a favor: stop overcomplicating your training. It’s workouts like this that helped me get in better shape in my 30s than I ever was in my 20s—not to mention move and feel much better. Dial in your nutrition and macros, train consistently, and give yourself a month of focused work. You might be surprised how much can change. I took inspiration from the classic CrossFit workout Cindy, made it more explosive, and changed the format. 20-MIN E2MOM Every 2 minutes complete: 5 Pull-Ups 10 Push-Ups 10 In-Out Jumps 10 Alternating Jump Lunges 5 Half Burpees Finish the work, then rest whatever time remains. Finish in 75 sec? Rest 45. At the 2-minute mark, go again. 10 total rounds. The challenge isn’t crushing round one. It’s maintaining your output through round 10. QUICK CUES + SCALING PULL-UPS: Brace, drive your shoulders down and pull your chest toward the bar. Scale with band-assisted, jumping/eccentric pull-ups or inverted rows. PUSH-UPS: Think moving plank. Brace hard, squeeze your glutes and drive the floor away. Scale by elevating your hands on a bench, box or bar. IN-OUT JUMPS: Stay light. Quick feet. Soft landings. JUMP LUNGES: Explode through the floor, switch legs and own the landing. Scale to alternating reverse lunges for less impact. HALF BURPEES: Hands down, jump back, snap your feet underneath you and keep moving. Scale by stepping back and in. Don’t rush sloppy reps just to earn more rest. Find a pace you can repeat. The goal is for your last few rounds to look a lot like your first. Pull. Push. Jump. Lunge. Burpee. Repeat. Simple training done consistently works. Save this one and follow for more ways to get lean, strong & athletic without spending hours in the gym. #fullbodyworkout #functionaltraining #functionalstrength #homeworkouts #20minuteworkout
