Giuseppe, I would be interested in diff flavours of liquid base i.e. stronger coffee, matcha, tea(????). Just more experimental flavours I think would peak people’s interest and justify the price point but also ties in with the fact that you’re not a “traditional tiramisu” place

i don’t think it’s really about expectations and more so about transparency there’s tons of incredible vegan tiramisu options in london and none of them use biscoff as their base! no one orders a nutella tiramisu expecting to taste biscoff 🤷🏻♀️
