these messages are great, but everyone please be mindful of the environment you work in before doing this. while it is a good thing to have, it is also not common in corporate America to have that kind of "safe space" at work and could potentially damage your career. again, this is a great message... just make sure to read the room before you share.

I was running my small business, and I got advice from someone I looked up to at the time, never mix personal things with business, and I cannot imagine ever doing that. If people feel safe, the business also does well, and I've lived it, and strive to keep it safe for myself and those involved.

I went to the CEO and said I made a mistake and asked for advice of how to put it right 🥺 he thanked me and told me no one had ever done that they normally try to hide it. He then helped me problem solve and find a solution 🥰🥰
