My mom account was frozen and the best they could tell us was that is because the account was inactive for long but money was withdrawn from the same said account in February, please advise me what i should have done because we just complied and started with the process of unfreezing it which has been really cumbersome and i didn’t know they didn’t have the right in the first place, please advise me sir.

if your bank freezes your account and you know why, try to unfreeze it through the channel (the IPO, AGENCY...) that got it frozen in the first place. OTHERWISE go to the bank ordinarily, you might just get arrested...it all depends on the reason the account was frozen and the court order.
