Ondo state is also planning to build its own port oooo, Dangote is planning to build another port in Badagary, I think Akwa Ibom just secure a $3.5b investment for Deep seaport, Nigeria state just secure lithium processing investments, Justice crack and his cohorts with their leader Peter Obi do not understand how a true Federal system operate which is why when he was governor he had to call the president at 2am because of flood in his state.

Building the port is on the concurrent list but managerial over sites and approvals are on the Exclusive list, meaning the states can only build the port, the FG provides the Customs and NPA officers that manage it.
