220vac single phase - no problem but that looks like a standard 120vac plug - this is not possible and 220 into a grinder would smoke the grinder motor - only way this works is if the meter drops a leg internally on the output to plug the grinder in to.

For one you would need an inverter and two due to electrical resistance in the windings, friction in the bearings any system will lose energy rather than gain or sustain it even with out a load on it.

If that is a car alternator and it produces 13 V of DC where is the AC Volts coming from to run the electric motor and the components

No hidden batteries, but yes, the power cord is hidden under all the leaves and brush. Why wouldn’t you just test it in the garage like the first video. Ahh no brush no weeds in the garage. 😂😂
