I have been using your system for a year now and it’s working great. the only issue is that I have receded my gum line by the canine after being too forceful. I have before pics and after - it happened rather quickly, how hard should one force against the gum?

I’m wondering why toothpaste/brushing is the 2nd step of your mouth system and the mouthwash is last. It seems you would want to end with the product with the most fluoride in it to stay on the teeth. Having mouthwash after brushing seems like you’re washing away the higher fluoride and replacing it with lower fluoride. Could you explain why it is in the order it is?

I’ve had repeated flare-ups (3 over the last 3 month’s) around an area with a deeper periodontal pocket/bone loss. I’ve been using your protocol for 1 month just without xylitol mints. (Being delivered soon) I’ve had xylitol on my toothpaste. I’ve seen improvements in my gums, more pink, much less bleeding, less plaque. However i have flared up whilst on your system, I notice the pattern is post overnight clenching. I have a mouth guard made but don’t use it. Should I use it and continue with your system? Dentist telling me to go to specialist but too much $$
