i had to go on the pill because of how bad i was on my period especially with outbursts. Its so difficult we need more awareness about this

I didn't know this, but it makes so much sense now. I was diagnosed as autistic last year at aged 26. I also have PCOS, PMDD and suspected endometriosis

thank you,I followed,this is so true,when I had my period last week I had a sensory meltdown,it was the worst,I couldn't even put my brown noise on without it hurting my head and eyes and ears
