I love this idea , but our consultants sometimes love chronology as per the standard history taking preset format [Tears of joy][Tears of joy].. better to be diverse and understand what each consultant prefers

Can you do a video on how you would modify this for handover? I struggle so hard when I’ve taken care of a patient for a week with lots of things being done to them and then I’m expected to give a pretty good but concise handover to the incoming team lol

Some patients has multiple.problems! I once had a 74 yo f patient with htn, hx of smoking, drinking, gastritis, multiple surgeries, with undiagnosed cold (you know how vague they present) and superimposed pneumonia which later became hospital acquired and later got pseudomonas. She was obese, and diabetic which was not controlled! and she had many more things which happened in different time lines including hx of tb, her pe was pertinent for fever, and everything: resp, CVS, neuro, msk, urogenital... had something positive and relevant findings on almost every system! It is rare, but what is the approach for these kind of patients?
