Across nearly a decade between 2004 and 2013, Hooper subjected two victims to relentless sexual violence, molestation, and rape, before boasting about the abuse to other offenders on the internet. During the same timeframe, Hooper subjected another young girl to physical torture, repeatedly strangling her and forcing her to perform gruelling physical exercises until she vomited. When Kent Police raided his Sheerness home in September 2025, detectives uncovered a dangerous weapons arsenal, including four extendable batons, a knife, and a zombie knife. Hooper denied every allegation, forcing his victims to endure a trial. In June 2026, a jury at Maidstone Crown Court unanimously convicted him of 17 offences, including rape, sexual assault, and causing a child to engage in sexual activity.
