Parenting is such an ambiguous term these days. I had a Karen tell me when I said “ow shit!” as I got knocked over by her shoving her chair out into me. She didn’t apologise and instead ranted and raved about me traumatising her sleeping 6 month-old with my horrible foul language. She was still raging at me as I hobbled away and got into my car with a disabled parking permit on the windshield. Wasn’t expecting anything but maybe an “oh sorry” for knocking over a disabled person. Instead I was humiliated because I apparently offended her 6 month-old so deeply.

When I took my family to Hawaii, these parents put their 4 horribly behaved sons in coach, and they went to 1st Class. All of us repeatedly complained. Finally, they made a parent come back and deal with their kids. 😡
