the End does NOT need an update coz then it ruins the whole point of the End, its supposed to be this barren alien like wasteland. small updates are good tho but nothing major, jus enough so it doesnt ruin the whole purpose of the End

I am kind of upset that we didn't get the end update, but at the same time. The two things they announced for base Minecraft the Ice caves and the Sift Dimension Look amazing, and I really hope we get the iceoliger

The end is supposed to be a desolate desert with barely any life, so if there was an update, there wouldnt be much. Also YEAAAAAAA THE SIFT!!!!!!

“We dont need an end update” I disagree STRONGLY. First of all, who says its supposed to be barren? I’ve only ever seen players parrot that claim. Oceans aren’t supposed to be much to look at, but the aquatic update in 1.13 changed that. The Nether? Big, firey hellscape got revamped. And then the End… Just stone, towers, and monsters everywhere. And yes I acknowledge that dozens of people hardly even go to the end- myself included- but I feel lots of people would be heavily encouraged to go to the end if there was more to see- myself included. For a final area thats supposed to include the final fight before the “end” of the game, its nothing very exciting.

The end has 3 things. The dragon, the elytra and Purpur blocks, its a boring dull end game area, the end of a game is meant to show off the best of its tools and so should mimecraft, if you genuinely like the end the way it is, you probably dont care for the end at all lmao.

ok but they mentioned it in the live that its not an end update and referenced it several times since the sift has been worked on for a while in the background so I think the next update to get that treatment will be an end update
