@alltypesofbowls: #BountyPartner cacio e pepe wings just became my new favorite game day app, and @Bounty Paper Towels made hosting this week’s game day even easier 1 lb wings 3 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cracked black pepper 1/2 tsp salt cacio e pepe sauce: 1 stick butter 2 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper 1 cup finely grated pecorino romano 1 cup finely grated parmesan 1/4 cup hot water, plus more as needed 1. Pat the wings dry with Bounty paper towels and stick the wings in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the baking powder and seasonings listed. Remove the wings from the freezer, pat dry once more, and coat in the baking powder mixture. 2. Arrange the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Bake at 450 F for 30 minutes, flipping halfway, broil for 3-4 minutes. 3. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the cracked black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes to bloom. Add up to 1/4 cup of hot water and whisk. 4. Toss the crispy wings in the hot butter and add the grated cheese. Toss well until everything is emulsified. Then top with more parmesan and cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
