@abc7chicago: Drone footage captured high tide and a rainbow appearing amid the stormy weather in the Outer Banks on Friday. ⠀ Jenni Koontz, who goes by Epic Shutter Photography, captured the footage of the weather conditions in Rodanthe as a nor’easter impacted the east coast. ⠀ “At high tide tonight the waves and wind were roaring and the sun came out as it was raining,” Koontz wrote on Instagram. “A rainbow appeared as I was flying the drone by the Black Pearl house. A sign of hope for this beautiful island many of us call home.” ⠀ She added: “The oceanfront homes took a beating the past few days.
