Its quite literally how animals work. When resources are low, animals naturally stop having offspring. When there are abundant resources, then offspring increase. Not rocket science.

Someone was on here the other day showing their hospital bills for having a baby. After insurance it was still around $10,000. That’s just to start then there’s all the baby stuff you need plus diapers. Then if you can’t afford to stay home, daycare is outrageously expensive. No one can afford to have kids anymore.

My daughter just took a job that she really doesn’t want because it has a 100k sign-on bonus for 3 years. The reason she’s signing herself up for 3 years of hell is so she can afford to have a child. Are we great yet?🤡
