really? my boss just bought a bigger boat. They brought it to the factory compound and parked it in the middle of the parking lot. All the workers have been looking at it for weeks. We were told there was no money for a pay raise this year.

Well if have been working for my boss for 12 years. I don't have pension fund nothing just my salary. When I asked for pension fund he say there is no money for it. I had an salary increased 4years ago. When he found out I had an part time job he was telling me it's interfering with my work. I had that job for over an year and not ever he was picking up that injaf an part time job., but when one of his friends told him it become an problem. I found out out only 3months after a job interview he bad mouthed me. 😔 So yea

This is exactly how I am building my business... if they become a competitor or better then me so be it. Id be so proud because that means I did the right thing as a mentor and teacher. Nothing makes me more proud then watching people I have worked with and who worked for me, accomplish all their dreams. So many people I know say this is the worst mindset in business. but valuable relationships and helping people do well that have helped me do well is what its all about

Some of the best advice you have given, just show you know them and care. can't get sucked into employees drama and problems, but sure care give advice, listen for a few minutes abd maybe point them in a direction they need.

I Have my own TOW company now, but 11 yrs ago i was working for another tow company and they Refused to let me Have 2 hours off in the middle of a day to go sign my Mortgage. 1 of the reasons i walked from them and took a bunch of thier contracts.
