My biggest insecurity 👇 I used to hate my arms. Literally started working out 4 years ago just because I couldn’t stand how they looked in the mirror. I just wanted to finally like what I saw. After years, the veins in my arms are one of my favorite parts of my physique. But that didn’t happen by accident. Here are 3 things that actually helped bring them out: 1️⃣ Get lean. You can train as hard as you want, but if your body fat’s too high, your veins will stay hidden. Get in a sustainable calorie deficit and stay there. Yes this WILL take time. 2️⃣ Build muscle underneath. More muscle pushes veins forward. If you treat arms like an afterthought, they’ll look like one too. This will ALSO take time. 3️⃣ Use sodium for a pump. Salt before a lift = better blood flow, better pump, better vascularity (temporarily). Train hard. Eat right. Be patient.
