The C-130 has been around since when? Mid 60’s? I’ve logged about 26,000 air miles in these “air trucks” when I was in the Marines, little noisy (oh really 😅) and not that comfy. Once I was able to snag a great nap, stretched out on the side of the internal fuel tank - great 💤

Practicing for that low level short run airdrop in Mineral Wells. Still miss the sound of the E models, but the J models fly higher and faster cuts them long pond hopping jobs down!

I miss watching the planes from the movie theater hill!! Would take my son there pop the suv hatch and do our homeschooling schoolwork !! He’s training to be a private pilot now 🥰
