@bren.moves: Can’t hit depth? Your knees or ankles might be the problem. This adjustable wooden slant board inclines your heels so you can isolate your quads and hit proper depth on every squat. It’s lightweight and compact, so it fits in a gym bag or closet, and it’s budget-friendly enough that you don’t need to justify the purchase. Use it to strengthen the tendons and ligaments around your knees, reduce knee pain, build serious quad strength, and if your Achilles is the thing holding you back from breaking parallel, just flip it around — it doubles as an Achilles stretch. One board, two jobs, zero excuses. #SlantBoard #KneesOverToes #KneePainRelief #QuadStrength #AnkleMobility

I have bad arthritis on my knee cap and dr suggested slanted squats. Will this take the pressure off my knees?

Glad you explained ankle mobility as important to the squat! Can there be an issue in the front of the ankle that limits depth? Assuming the Achilles is flexible and not the issue.

Love how you broke down the squat depth issue in the first few seconds—super clear and relatable. Dropped a quick note earlier. 👍
