@dr.rosieskitchen: Part 2| 🌿 HOMEMADE HERBAL GREEN TEA 🍵💚 Made my own natural tea blend at home, and here’s exactly how I prepared it! 🌿✨ Ingredients: 🌿 Fresh mint leaves 🌱 Lemongrass 🫚 Fresh ginger 🍋 Lemon 🤎 Cinnamon sticks 🌿 Moringa powder How I made it: I thoroughly washed my mint leaves, lemongrass, ginger and lemon. I chopped the mint and lemongrass, grated the ginger, and sliced the lemon into thin pieces. I spread everything out and sun-dried them completely until there was no moisture left. ☀️ Once completely dry, I placed the dried mint, lemongrass, ginger and lemon into my grinder, added my cinnamon sticks, and blended everything into a fine tea mixture. After grinding, I added about 4–5 scoops of moringa powder and mixed everything thoroughly. 🌿 Finally, I filled each empty tea bag with approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture, tied/sealed them securely, and stored them in an airtight container to keep them fresh. 🍵✨ And that’s my homemade herbal green tea! 💚🌿 Just steep a tea bag in hot water and enjoy.
