Egypt is a wonderful place, but it’s not Europe, and that’s exactly the point. 🇪🇬❤️You can’t expect every country to offer the same food, culture, traditions or way of life. Not everywhere is about chicken and chips! Egypt has thousands of years of incredible history, a unique culture and a beauty that goes far beyond what you see on a dinner plate. Of course, history and culture won’t appeal to everyone, and that’s okay. But when you travel, you should be willing to open your mind, embrace differences and enjoy the moment. If you can’t appreciate a place for what it is, rather than judge it by what it isn’t, then perhaps it’s not the destination for you. Don’t leave a bad review of a place you never truly wanted to understand or appreciate. We may have different cultures and traditions, but with an open mind and mutual respect, we can learn so much from one another. So either open your mind and enjoy the experience, or choose somewhere that suits you better. 🌍✨

Egypt is a place I would love to visit again. There are still so many cities in Egypt that I haven't visited, and they are such beautiful cities like Aswan, Hurghada, Abu Simbel, and Siwa Oasis (the Black & White Desert)😍

Eat a shawarma from Momen for me, taxis are so cheap you can hire for day or whole trip, pricing of 90% of everything is negotiable. If they call you habibi- everyone is ‘my love’ more a term of endearment! Enjoy I miss it 🫶
