Been with Amex for 6 years. They are at 3.1% right now. What I like about them is the easy transfer out. We have a joint Citi HYSA and we have to log onto the website and that’s just annoying to me. Amex you do it on the app.

I don’t understand the push for HYSA’s. I’m separating from traditional banks almost completely. Buy SGOV in your brokerage account. It earns 3.7% (NAV 3.65%) it’s 0-3 month treasuries and the returns will be heading up as the Feds bump rates. I can sell shares on a Friday morning and the transferred cash is sitting in my account by Monday morning.

You do have ATM access for Capital One!! I use the app to find one near me so I can deposit or withdrawal and it’s free
