I worked at Dunkin’ Donuts under the Hudson Group at DAL Airport, and it seems like the same problem I went through. I went to HR, but it seems the problem isn't HR or management. It's the company's system. God sees it all.

They don’t have to be so rude if they talk slowly and let them read her lips, they can understand her because I have a deaf sister. I hate when people does that to them.🥹

The manager needs to be fired, taking orders at the window may be annoying, but sometimes it's necessary. I do it all the time for hard of hearing or elderly customers and it doesn't affect anything time wise.

when you are at the window, many places do not allow you to place an order at the window. it varies from place to place
